Description

Ahern Rentals is looking for a National Account Manager in the Western Region to develop relationships with top national and regional customers. The position will involve implementing and executing strategic sales plans in coordination with National Accounts management and regional sales and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Travel throughout assigned regional territory and other areas as needed to perform assigned job duties
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers
• Develop relationships with key decision makers and maintain professional business networks
• Implement and execute National Account agreements and strategic sales plans
• Meet or exceed National Account sales projections
• Communicate strategies and customer needs with Regional VPs and other management
• Represent Ahern Rentals at industry conventions and events; entertain customers
• Work with National Accounts team members, regional staff, and other company departments to ensure company goals are met
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
• 5 years equipment sales and/or rental experience required
• Knowledge of assigned regional territory required
• Negotiation skills/coaching/building relationships/managing processes/developing budgets
• Self-starter, motivated and passionate in Sales Sales Planning
• Excellent communicatio
