It would be available on a month to month basis.I also occupy the house as it is large and has two stories. It is not furnished except for a bed and a desk in the bedroom that would be there at the time of occupancy. It is a quiet tree lined street across from a grammar school in a clean and safe neighborhood. The house is run efficiently, orderly and I usually retire early, working full days in the entertainment business.Other access areas are full gourmet kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, dining area, and washer/dryer. Living room and backyard with some storage area outside. Parking is available on the street at all times day or night.
