Room available for rent in my Tudor Mansion in Valley Village, (next to Studio City) to compatible student, working single person or elderly alike. It is a one bedroom on the second floor front, a 13x15 ft secure, safe, carpeted bedroom with one window view/ one French door that opens out to a balcony over looking trees, high ceilings, a bath/shower with large mirror, and a IKEA closet. It would be available on a month to month basis. No pets.
I also occupy the house as it is large and has two stories. It has a TV in a wood cabinet, futon bed, some chairs, desk in the bedroom that would be there at the time of occupancy. It is a quiet tree lined street across from a grammar school in a clean and safe neighborhood. The house is run efficiently, orderly and I usually retire early, working full days in the entertainment business.
Other access areas are full gourmet kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, dining area, and washer/dryer. Living room and backyard with some storage area outside. Parking is available on the street at all times day or night. I feel this living space would be ideal for the right single working/student person.
