Care Community Corporation Transitional House provides a quality comprehensive, healthy, sober living environment for men. Our transitional house is a 60 bed facility (meals included) that provides recovery services for alcohol/drug-addicted men and those who are dual diagnosed. This program offers a safe, structured environment that incorporates a program to help residents recover and regain necessary life skills.
