a 150 bed assisted living facility in san bernardino is seeking an experienced full-charge bookkeeper for a position available in late april. the perfect candidate possesses at least an associate’s degree and 3-5 years experience. experience working in the health industry, as well as the ability to interface with the elderly is preferable. an individual who is a certified bookkeeper is also preferred. salary is dependent on experience.candidate must possess the ability to do the following:•maintain and handle all books through the adjusted trial balance.•record assets, leases and expenditures and perform the monthly bank reconciliation.•analyze and correct current-period errors in the general ledger.•file federal and state payroll tax returns and compute related deposits.•handle a/r, a/p, and gl.•proficiently use software such as excel, quickbooks, and word.please email resume and questions to vtorresjob@yahoo.com.
